Jaylan Miller

Jaylan Miller is the Digital Communications Manager at the Jewish Council for Public Affairs (JCPA), based in New York City. She leads digital communications and develops content and campaigns that strengthen Jewish communities, combat antisemitism and extremism, and advance a more inclusive democracy.

Previously, Jaylan served as Communications Specialist for the Indianapolis Hebrew Congregation, where she supported communications, programming, and community engagement. She began her career as a freelance writer, contributing to the Jewish Federation of Greater Indianapolis and local magazines, and previously served as Managing Editor of the Chronicle-Tribune in Marion, Indiana, where she led daily newspaper production, mentored staff, and built relationships with community members and organizations.

Jaylan holds a Bachelor of Arts in English & Writing from Indiana Wesleyan University.
