As states around the nation adopt increasingly restrictive anti-abortion laws, it is critical that Congress pass the Women’s Health Protection Act (S. 1975/H.R. 3755), which would enable health care providers to deliver abortion services without medically unnecessary limitations that do not significantly advance patient health or the safety of abortion, or make abortion more difficult to access.
