The integrity and trustworthiness of this space depends on all members agreeing to and upholding the following expectations and guidelines.

By participating in this listserv, you agree to the following:

This space is intended to serve as a supportive and collegial network for Jewish community relations professionals. It is a space where:

  • Members can ask honest questions, seek advice, and share challenges they are facing in their work;
  • Professionals can exchange best practices, resources, policies, and program ideas;
  • Difficult or sensitive topics can be explored respectfully;
  • Members can learn from one another in a spirit of generosity, trust, and professional growth.

3. Respectful and Constructive Dialogue

  • All posts should be written in a tone that is respectful and constructive.
  • Disagreement is natural and welcome, but personal attacks, inflammatory language, and unkind behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Assume good intentions and engage in ways that support mutual learning and understanding.

The listserv is being maintained and administered by JCPA, but the JCRC Directors Association’s officers have the final say regarding membership in the listserv and whether a member failed to adhere to the rules of the listserv and any related consequences.

If you believe someone has violated this agreement, including breaches of confidentiality, please report it to any of the officers of the JCRC Directors Association. All concerns will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately and discreetly.
