JCPA Joins National, State, and Local Organizations in Support of Full Inclusion for Transgender and All LGBTQI+ Youth

 JCPA joined 149 national, state and local organizations calling for the full inclusion, protection, and celebration of transgender, nonbinary, and intersex youth – ensuring equal educational opportunities for all students, and supporting laws and policies that protect transgender, nonbinary, and intersex people from discrimination, including participation in sports, access to gender-affirming care, access to school facilities, and access to inclusive curriculum.
